Job description

Are you a forward-thinking construction expert interested in contributing to a construction team's first steps in adopting advanced technology that significantly improves workflow on sites?

We have partnered with an exciting Digital Construction company that has raised over $100 million to develop wearable technology from its early stages. Top investors have recognized the quality of their solution.

You will be responsible for the setup and onboarding of all new projects within your portfolio, ensuring successful product adoption across multiple users. Your role involves making sure the project and its users maximize the system's potential, and building on that success to generate future business with the contractor's upcoming projects.

  • Provide strategic advisory services to maximize customer adoption, implementation, and ROI.
  • Lead relationships with key champions to ensure they feel supported, and represent the customer voice within internal delivery teams.
  • Gain insights from project data and system use, providing feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to shape and refine delivery based on expert knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a construction professional, preferably site-based.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the software industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, from executives to on-site personnel.
