Our client is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join their rapidly growing SaaS company that is transforming how finance teams manage accounts receivable. Backed by $13.5M in funding and experiencing 50%+ YoY revenue growth, this company offers a stable, product-led environment with strong retention and a high-performing team.

Location:

  • Fully remote within the Greater Toronto Area

The Role:

  • Manage a book of ~50-60 B2B accounts
  • Lead onboarding (time-to-live ≤ 45 days), upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Drive value for finance teams (Controllers, AR Managers, CFOs)
  • Own retention metrics and achieve upsell goals of 10% YoY
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and outsourced SDR teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of SaaS Customer Success experience with MM to ENT customers
  • Proven success in onboarding, retention, renewals, and upselling
  • Experience with finance decision-makers is a plus
  • Strong communication, project management, and results-driven mindset

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base salary: $80K–$100K
  • OTE: $120K–$150K (uncapped commission)
  • Equity package

  • Avg. deal size: $45K–$80K
