Hallmark is a Halifax based dental lab serving dental clinics and their patients in Atlantic Canada. We are currently seeking a friendly and well-organized individual to be our Customer Success Liaison. To thrive as a Customer Success Liaison, you must be proactive, upbeat, and enthusiastic about the company’s services and how they add value to customers. Top candidates will be good communicators, both verbally and in writing, with strong detail-orientation, customer service, time management, and computer abilities.

Customer Success Liaison Responsibilities

  • Customer Liaison, primary contact for customer inquiries, provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and case status, invoicing corrections, investigate and process credits, provide estimates, etc.
  • Accounts receivable, process payments received from customers, collection calls and emails, process and send customer statements
  • Multi-task: simultaneously listen and enter data
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Achieve individual/team goals and KPI's
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems to accurately document and research customer information
  • Support Shipping and Receiving at peak times, vacation/sick day coverage
  • Other administrative duties assigned by management to support a growing business

Customer Success Liaison Requirements

  • Experience as a dental receptionist is an asset
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Display organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Demonstrate initiative, eagerness, and a willingness to learn
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Experience with accounts receivable
  • Knowledge or experience in the dental industry is an asset
