Customer Solutions Lead
This opportunity aims to:
- Make Bayer the preferred provider for customers’ operations
- Enable team members to run their local business effectively for the benefit of customers and Bayer
- Maximize local business opportunities and customer experience by co-creating outcomes with farmers and partners
Bayer offers a flexible hybrid working environment. This is a 15-month maternity leave backfill, home-based position with local travel within the Regina, Indian Head, Wolseley, Vibank, Montmartre, Saskatchewan area.
What you will do:
- Own and achieve squad P&L targets collaboratively
- Plan, prioritize, and execute in short, mid, and long-term cycles
- Adapt and reassess tasks to ensure progress towards outcomes
- Collaborate within the squad to clarify accountabilities and maximize customer focus
- Support and service Bayer’s full portfolio using digital tools and agronomic expertise, leveraging market data to identify opportunities
- Contribute to team dynamics through recruitment, performance feedback, and self-management
- Ensure safety and compliance, fostering an inclusive, professional, and safe work environment
- Build relationships with growers and potential customers to grow market share and ensure positive experiences
- Grow and protect sales of Bayer’s products through collaboration and strategic planning
- Prioritize discretionary program funds to maximize impact
- Develop strategies to drive sales across Bayer’s portfolio, including seed treatments
Who you are:
- BSc in Agriculture or related field with at least 2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of local crop production, agronomy, and Bayer’s portfolio
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Ability to develop tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Experience with digital data management and interpretation
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal guidance
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving skills
- Ability to supervise and coach summer students

- CCA, CCSC, and/or PAg (RTAg) designation
