Job Description

The Customer Service / Technical Support Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans encouraged to apply.)

Location: Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada

Note: Candidates must be located within 64km of the Niagara Falls site

Job Overview

The Customer Service / Technical Support Representative (Hybrid) interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the web. This role involves providing customer service support and resolving routine issues related to client products and services. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Role Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries about hardware, software, or other client products.
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally.
  • Listen to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
  • Clarify requirements and use decision-support tools to resolve issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and issues.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS is preferred.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • Must reside within 64 km of Niagara Falls location.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent, with a High School diploma or GED.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, be flexible, and adapt to changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Patience and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Availability to work during hours of operation: 8:00 am - 11:30 pm EST, with schedule changes every 3 months based on performance.
