What You Will Do in This Role

• Be the point of contact for technical inquiries about hardware, software, or other client products.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
• Clarify customer requirements and use decision-support tools to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate account notes and prepare complete records.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS is preferred.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must reside within 64 km of Niagara Falls location.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent, with a High School diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS preferred.
• Ability to multitask, be flexible, and adapt to change.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Patience and a customer-focused attitude.
• Availability to work during hours of operation: 8:00 am - 11:30 pm EST, Monday to Sunday, with schedule changes every 3 months based on performance.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking and eagerness to learn new technologies.
