As a Customer Service / Tech Support Rep (Auto) Bilingual : Fr / Eng working from home, you’ll : Receive calls from dealership automobile mechanics, dealer representatives, Service Managers, and Technicians in specialized product areas (i.e. Transmission, Engine, Steering, etc.)Diagnose problem using systematic listening and probing approach to determine root cause and provide information, data and direction through research, manuals, database or contactsHandle contacts from Automotive dealerships across Canada & the US.Track information and update casesPerform follow ups on existing cases and close cases, as requiredDeliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSYour skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
