Trouw Nutrition is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor

As a supervisor, you play a key role in the smooth running of daily operations. I expect you to manage the team, ensuring productivity and the quality of the services provided:

Here are your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities
  • Order management
  • Complaint management
  • Handling customer requests
  • Follow-up on issues
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators
  • Organize the work and ensure that employees understand their assigned duties or tasks (Work plan and succession planning)
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and support
  • Communicate information from upper management to employees and vice versa

Manage the customer service team:

  • Leave
  • Vacation
  • Performance evaluations (with HR Manager)
  • Development plans (with HR Manager)
  • Recruit and onboard new employees
  • Coach team members on a weekly basis
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure the Customer Service team delivers excellent customer service
