  • Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
  • Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional support
  • Review and follow up on order reports daily
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Team-oriented
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
