Natural Factors is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a 6-month contract at our Coquitlam location. You’ll be the primary contact for customers, consumers, and sales reps, resolving inquiries and supporting account management to strengthen relationships and brand loyalty.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, post-secondary education in Nutrition/Health Sciences, CRM familiarity, and strong English communication (French a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Post-secondary education in Nutrition, Science, Health Sciences, or related field.
• RHN or CNP designation considered an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual English/French asset.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to navigate multiple business systems with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, responsive support to customers, consumers, and sales representatives.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, returns, credits, and order-related requests from initial contact through resolution.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, shipment issues, and delivery concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in CRM with timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver effective solutions and improve service processes.

Are you passionate about helping customers and creating exceptional service experiences? We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, consumers, and sales representatives, helping to resolve inquiries, support account management, and deliver outstanding service that strengthens customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Job Status: 6-Month Contract

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Work Location: 2000 Brigantine Dr., Coquitlam, BC

Hourly Range: $23.81/hr - $25.00/hr

In this role, you will:

• Provide professional, responsive support to customers, consumers, and sales representatives, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, returns, credits, and order-related requests from initial contact through resolution.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, shipment issues, delivery concerns, and damaged or delayed orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions within CRM systems while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal departments and sales teams to deliver effective solutions and identify opportunities to improve service processes.

You have:

• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the natural health products, wellness, or related industry.
• Post-secondary education in Nutrition, Science, Health Sciences, or a related field; RHN or CNP designation is considered an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with bilingual English/French skills considered an asset.
• Experience using CRM systems and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• The ability to navigate multiple business systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
