Job summary

FASTSIGNS Brampton is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective customers. You will learn to prepare estimates, process work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support business and marketing plans, and contribute to the Center's overall success. The role involves interacting with customers via email, phone, in person, and on-site at their business locations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
