Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service meeting/exceeding needs
• Enter orders accurately and verify item pricing
• Support customers on the online ordering system
• Process sales orders from quote to invoicing
• Follow up on purchasing and back orders
• Respond to inquiries about products in a timely manner
• Provide simple quotes to customers
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and product details
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, fax or mail
• Collaborate across divisions to ensure exceptional service
• Work independently yet as part of a team
