Starlink Aviation YHU is currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our dynamic team!

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide high standards of service to customers in accordance with our philosophy, ensure efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of aircraft, and ensure flawless communication and coordination between customers and line service agents. You will also assist customers with requested services such as fueling, catering, securing hangar space, as well as hotel and transportation accommodations.

Experience and Skills Needed

  • Some customer support experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
  • Good writing and communication abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
