We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Downtown Toronto operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for arriving customers and play an important role in delivering a positive and professional customer experience. You will assist customers with inquiries, process parking transactions, provide information about our products and services, and support customers with the use and navigation of our parking facilities and equipment.

What Would You Be Doing?

  • Greet, welcome, and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer questions and inquiries while providing timely and accurate information.
  • Process customer transactions accurately using a variety of accepted payment methods.
  • Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services.
  • Support customers with the use and navigation of parking facilities and equipment.
  • Assist customers experiencing issues with parking equipment and provide appropriate support.
  • Ensure defective ticket outputs are properly validated before allowing customers to exit the premises.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized customer service booth throughout each shift to support an efficient and welcoming customer experience.
  • Escalate customer concerns or operational issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager when required.
  • Support supervisors and management with other customer service and operational duties as assigned.

What Are the Working Conditions?

  • Hourly Salary: $17.80
  • Fast-paced, customer-focused work environment.
  • Must be comfortable interacting with customers throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational requirements.
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be comfortable working with parking equipment and transaction systems.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in parking, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience handling customer transactions and different payment methods is considered an asset.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions.
  • Ability to remain professional and provide effective solutions when addressing customer concerns.
  • Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset.
  • Results-oriented individual with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
