Job summary

Belron Canada Incorporated is hiring at Speedy Glass, Lebeau Vitres d'auto, and Vanfax for a Customer Service Representative in Victoria, BC. You will handle administration, support customers, and work with insurance partners to maximize value while maintaining high service standards.

No formal education is required as on-the-job training is provided; a valid Class 5 driver’s license is needed to move between Belron Canada locations within your area.

• Delight customers by cleaning interiors, windows, and assisting with small windshield repairs.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop.

Role at a glance

• Completing the administration required to make the Service Centre run seamlessly.
• Adding value to the customer and identifying opportunities to boost the store's performance.
• Working with our insurance partners to help customers get the best value for their money.
• Delighting your customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and helping with the occasional small repairs on windshields (don't worry - our tools are easy to use!)
• Shuttling vehicles to and from the repair shop.

Who you are

• You value building relationships with customers and your teammates.
• You have experience in helping people whether it's in retail, hospitality, or tourism.
• No formal education is required - we provide on-the-job training!
• Have a valid Class 5 driver's license, and the capability to work at different Belron Canada locations within your specified geographic area.

Range of pay for a Customer Service Representative is between $21.50 - $26.90 per hour. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the range of pay. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Speedy Glass also offers benefits upon hire and a pension plan (with the option for matching) after 3 months.
