Job summary

Belron Canada, home to Speedy Glass, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to own the customer experience in our fast-paced service centre.

You will perform administrative tasks, assist customers, collaborate with insurance partners, and help with related vehicle care tasks. On-the-job training is provided, no formal education required, and a valid Class 5 license is needed.

Qualifications

• No formal education is required – on-the-job training provided.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.
• Willing to work at different Belron Canada locations within the specified geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in owning the customer’s experience and ensuring a positive impact on their day.
• Administer the Service Centre operations to run seamlessly.
• Collaborate with insurance partners to help customers get the best value.
• Delight customers by cleaning vehicle interiors and windows and assisting with small windshield repairs when needed.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop.

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
