As a Customer Service Representative, you will set the tone for the customer’s experience in a fast-paced, action-oriented role, blending administrative tasks with customer interaction to ensure seamless operations.

Your role at a glance:

Your primary responsibility is to own the customer’s experience and make a positive impact.

You will:

  • Handle administrative tasks to keep the Service Centre running smoothly.
  • Add value to the customer experience and identify opportunities to improve store performance.
  • Collaborate with insurance partners to maximize customer benefits.
  • Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and assisting with small windshield repairs (tools are user-friendly!).
  • Shuttle vehicles to and from repair shops.
Who you are:
  • You value building relationships with customers and teammates.
  • You have experience assisting people in retail, hospitality, or tourism.
  • No formal education is required; we provide on-the-job training.
  • You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and can work at various Belron Canada locations within your area.
