About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will set the tone for the customer experience, managing administrative tasks and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with a supportive team to solve problems and ensure seamless operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks to keep the Service Centre running smoothly.
• Add value to the customer experience and identify opportunities to improve store performance.
• Work with insurance partners to help customers get the best value.
• Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and assisting with small windshield repairs (tools provided).
• Transport vehicles to and from the repair shop.

Who You Are

• You value building relationships with customers and colleagues.
• You have experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism helping people.
• No formal education required; training is provided.
• You possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license and can work at different Belron Canada locations within your area.
