Job description

The Butcher Shoppe (TBS) is one of the largest independent meat processors in Canada. Priding itself on carrying only the finest quality meats, our team of artisanal butchers converts fresh meat to custom specifications, doing things the 'old fashioned way'. This ensures that the demands of our discerning high-profile customers are met, including restaurants, hotels, event venues, casinos, and other food service establishments. Located in Toronto, Ontario, not only does TBS manage a complex supply chain spanning over four continents but makes over 1,000 deliveries a day. These deliveries are made using a fleet of 45 company trucks, as well as multiple third-party transport providers. Our people-first philosophy has provided a strong foundation for growth. This has allowed us to continue to expand and innovate, while remaining true to our heritage of artisanal butchery. Over the past 40 years, TBS has grown steadily to meet the demands of the foodservice industry, and now, direct-to-consumer through e-commerce and a full-service onsite retail store.
