Job summary

Central Alberta Co-op is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatch for its Innisfail Agro Centre. This part-time role covers 24–36 hours per week with weekday availability and eligibility for benefits after 3 months.

The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, follow Co-op policies, handle fuel and bulk orders, dispatch accurately, and support the Ag and Petroleum Division to improve efficiency. Must lift up to 50 lbs and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and address concerns in a timely, positive manner.
• Be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures.
• Utilize proper telephone etiquette.
• Follow start-of-day and end-of-day procedures and complete proper documentation.
• Handle sales transactions and manage office supplies.
• Process fuel and bulk lube orders accurately, dispatch orders efficiently, and complete daily fuel reconciliations.
• Collect and provide accurate information to internal and external customers.
• Operate equipment safely and responsibly; perform general housekeeping duties.
• Collaborate with Ag and Petroleum Division teams to enhance operational efficiency and best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Position:

Customer Service Representative/Dispatch

Part-time:

24 – 36 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
