LCBO is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Red Lake location. You will engage customers with product knowledge, deliver a best-in-class shopping experience, and support team members on the floor and at the tills.

You will assist with inventory, restocking, and maintaining Customer Ready Standards to ensure a smooth store operation. Applicants must be 18+, eligible to work in Canada, and willing to undergo a criminal background check.

(If you have a satisfactory criminal record check issued within the past six (6) months of your first day of employment, this will suffice)What you need to know...Hours available to casual employees will depend on the operational requirements for each store and are scheduled in accordance with the Collective Agreement based on an employee’s seniority and availabilityCustomer Service Representatives are usually assigned to work during our peak periods (evening and weekend shifts), or whenever extra help is requiredYou must be available for work during peak business periods (i.e. Christmas, tourist periods, etc.). Hours are not guaranteed, but are scheduled in advance by the store manager.
