The LCBO is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Ontario to deliver warm, knowledgeable service to customers and support store operations. You will engage shoppers, share product details, and process transactions with a focus on a positive experience.

You enjoy working with the public and you recognize exceptional customer service when you see it, and know how to deliver it yourself, everyday with every customer
You must be eligible to work in Canada, and be a minimum of 18 years of age
