Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent front-line customer service, including greeting, engaging customers, and providing program information.
  2. Respond professionally to inquiries and concerns via phone and in person.
  3. Process payments for registrations, bookings, memberships, and sales.
  4. Handle feedback professionally and support administrative tasks such as opening/closing procedures, revenue balancing, and reporting.
  5. Maintain a safe, clean workspace and adhere to safety and confidentiality policies.
  6. Assist with concessions and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 16 years old (18 for Peel Village Golf Course)
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Current Standard First Aid / CPR C or ability to obtain within 1 month
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Additional for Peel Village Golf Course: Smart Serve certification, valid G2 driver’s license, and residency in Brampton preferred
