Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, packaging, and industrial materials, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for the Milton, ON location. You will manage orders, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service using modern tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries using company systems.
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and suggest Uline’s best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
