Boyd Autobody & Glass is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Vancouver to deliver an exceptional experience in person, by phone, and via email. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners while supporting the repair facility team with essential administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 1 year of customer service experience preferred in automotive or related industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and via email
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
• Coordinate with customers and insurance partners; process insurance assignments
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
• Manage rental information related to vehicles in repair
• Contribute to operational excellence and positive NPS through continuous learning

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, in person, over the phone and emails. They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
• Prepare repair order with proper documentation
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
• Manage car rental information
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.

• Valid driver's license required

Compensation Details

Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
