AutoCanada's ACX Burwell dealership in London, ON is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support the loyalty team and warranty-related processes. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced auto service environment.
You will handle scheduling, estimates, and vehicle intakes while providing professional updates to customers and assisting with payments and maintenance coordination. A college diploma or two years of relevant experience is required.
