With an expansive 85,000 sq. ft. showroom and a curated selection of high-end pieces, we offer more than just furniture — we offer inspired spaces. As we grow, we’re looking for a driven and organized Inbound Sales Representative to join our front-line sales support team.

Role Overview

  • Handle all inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and website forms with professionalism and urgency.
  • Qualify leads and provide tailored recommendations based on client needs.
  • Convert inquiries into appointments or sales by actively following up and guiding the customer through the buying journey.
  • Maintain product knowledge on inventory, lead times, pricing, and customization options.
  • Coordinate with showroom sales team to ensure seamless customer handoff or support.
  • Log and manage all interactions using our CRM system.
  • Proactively follow up with potential and past clients to close open opportunities.
  • Assist with customer service questions related to products, delivery, and orders.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in an inbound sales or customer service role (furniture or luxury retail a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick thinker with a strong ability to match client needs with product offerings.
  • Organized and efficient in managing leads and follow-ups.
  • Friendly, polished, and persuasive with a service-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working weekends and high-traffic hours.
  • Tech-savvy; experience with CRM or POS systems is an asset.
