Speedy Cash Canada is a Canadian-operated leader in the financial services industry since 1998, seeking a customer-focused team member. You will build relationships and deliver exceptional service while assisting customers with loan applications.

No experience is necessary—we provide in-store training. You will handle cash, process transactions, and participate in store promotions as part of daily operations. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Government Issued Photo ID required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Identify and meet the customer’s financial needs to process loan applications.
• Collect on delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt.
• Convey information in person, by phone, and via email communications.
• Aid in loan sales, cheque cashing and in-store promotions.
• Handle and balance daily cash and debit transactions.
• Perform all daily operations of the store.
