Job summary

Speedy Cash Canada is seeking a motivated team member to deliver exceptional customer service and assist with loan-related tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and handle daily transactions while promoting store promotions. Training is provided; growth from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Valid Government Issued Photo ID.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• No prior experience required; in-store training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Identify and meet customer financial needs to process loan applications.
• Collect on delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt.
• Convey information in person, by phone and via email.
• Assist in loan sales, cheque cashing and store promotions.
• Handle and balance daily cash and debit transactions.
• Perform all daily store operations.

Job Responsibilities
