T.K. Graphics in Surrey, BC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers and coordinate with Sales and Production to move orders smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.

• Process customer orders, revisions, and change requests.
• Follow up on jobs throughout the production process.
• Keep customers updated on their orders.
• Work closely with Sales, Pre-Press, Production, Shipping, and Billing.
• Help resolve customer concerns and find practical solutions.
• Ensure customer and job information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with information needed for invoicing and billing.
• Manage multiple customer requests and priorities throughout the day.
