Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is hiring to create a welcoming, fresh shopping experience. You will deliver exceptional customer service, stock and rotate merchandise, and maintain clean, organized spaces while working in a dynamic store environment.

We value a team‑oriented, detail‑driven individual who can adapt to evenings, weekends and holidays, with English fluency and French considered an asset. Benefits and in‑store discounts accompany opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• We are seeking someone with a passion for delivering engaging customer service.

• Comfort with standing for long periods and performing in cooler/freezer/outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident customer service reflecting Farm Boy standards.
• Greet and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards.
• Stock, display, and rotate merchandise with clear signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas through housekeeping duties.
• Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety policies and procedures.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and support teammates as needed.
• Assist with additional duties on a periodic basis.

You’ll help create the welcoming, fresh shopping experience Farm Boy is known for by delivering outstanding customer service and keeping our department looking its best. With an eye for detail and a passion for teamwork, you’ll ensure products are displayed beautifully and customers feel supported every step of their visit. • Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high‑quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

• Thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
