Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional service and keep the department looking its best. You’ll greet customers, assist with product knowledge, and ensure accurate signage while working within health and safety standards.

Your role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to work a dynamic schedule, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service reflecting Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves with high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work spaces through housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Follow corporate policies with focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and support teammates as needed.
• Assist the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
