Farm Boy Inc. in Ottawa is seeking a team member to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain attractive product displays. You will stock, rotate, and present merchandise while ensuring a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with retail experience a plus. The role requires standing for extended periods and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic, fast-paced store setting.

You’ll help create the welcoming, fresh shopping experience Farm Boy is known for by delivering outstanding customer service and keeping our department looking its best. With an eye for detail and a passion for teamwork, you’ll ensure products are displayed beautifully and customers feel supported every step of their visit. Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out:

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high‑quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
