***Duties***

• Performs customer service and account maintenance duties for established customers/markets
• Estimates and tracks date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own company's production and delivery schedules.
• Assists in preparing background sales call information and research, proposals/contracts, and summaries of sales activities
• Quote prices and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Visits customers to report on performance and to promote products and services
• Hosts customer visits on site
• Represent the company at trade shows to promote product, services, new product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  
  

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
