Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, based in London, ON with some work from home flexibility. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves providing customer support, quoting, claim management, and maintaining a high level of customer service for a set book of business. The representative will communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
