Job summary

Mr. Appliance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver World Class customer service for customers with broken appliances. You will answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule in-home service appointments with our appliance repair technicians.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, basic data entry ability, and can type at least 35 wpm. We offer no nights or weekends, ongoing training, and a supportive office team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good telephone communication skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
• Previous office experience is a plus.
