Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be part of the Summit Fleet Calgary Operations team, playing a key role in developing strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service and act as a trusted Lease Expert.
2. Manage daily leasing and service tasks for a portfolio of clients, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle Terminations/Remarketing
• Create Lease Documentation
• Update client, unit, and driver details across multiple systems
• Enter lease and sales information
• Confirm billing accuracy
• Ensure customer documentation accuracy
• Communicate effectively via email and phone
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure paperwork accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong customer service focus with a desire to exceed expectations
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive or Fleet experience is an asset but not required
