Job summary

National Veterinary Associates Canada is seeking a friendly veterinary receptionist to deliver outstanding client service. You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming waiting area.

You will document client information in our practice management software, escalate complex issues to senior staff, and support colleagues to ensure a smooth patient flow. Minimum 1 year customer service experience required.
