Responsibilities

  • Handle quote requests from customers and provide timely responses.
  • Process supplier RFQs, quotes, and order entries.
  • Determine supplier sources and initiate blanket POs.
  • Create part numbers for spot buys and manage discrepancies.
  • Serve as main contact for customers and handle RMAs.
  • Expedite orders and perform total cost analysis for purchasing decisions.
