JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of sign installers engaged in the installation, servicing, and removal of commercial and industrial signage, including illuminated signs, channel letters, pylons, awnings, and digital displays.
• Plan and organize installation work to meet project timelines and coordinate activities with contractors, electricians, and other trades as required.
• Ensure installation work complies with design specifications, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee the safe operation of lifts, cranes, and other installation equipment.
• Resolve on-site installation issues and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency, workmanship, and safety.
• Requisition tools, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for sign installation projects.
• Prepare and maintain work schedules, job progress reports, and installation documentation.
• Train installers on proper installation techniques, use of equipment, fall protection, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and promotions as needed.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
• Minimum 2 year to less than 3 years of experience in related position is preferred.
• Ability to supervise 3 to 4 people.
• Effectively communicate orally and in writing in English.

Experience working with MS Office, MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows is an asset.
