Job summary

FASTSIGNS Brampton is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the initial contact for customers in our center.

You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure on-time delivery while participating in daily team meetings and supporting business and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred

• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
