We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and motivated individual. This person must be a problem solver, quick learner, quality-focused, and have some electrical knowledge background. The ideal candidate will understand how our sauna products work and be able to troubleshoot challenges.

Job Duties:

1. Answer phones and troubleshoot with customers.
2. Operate office equipment such as copiers and phone systems; be familiar with using Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
3. Package replacement parts and process them for shipping.
4. Generate shipping labels using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip programs.
5. Understand our different products to troubleshoot electrical issues.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma, associate's degree, or higher.
2. Typing and basic computer skills.
3. Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word).
4. Excellent phone etiquette skills.
5. Competent writing skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
