The Customer Service & Office Administrator supports customers and internal teams through order processing, customer service, inventory coordination, and day-to-day office administration. What You'll Do
Customer Service
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer service.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer requests and concerns.
Order and Inventory Support
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer, order, and inventory information.
  • Assist with inventory-related processes and system updates.
  • Help coordinate supplies, service requests, and other customer needs.
Office Administration
  • Support daily office and operational activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Handle confidential customer and company information appropriately.
  • Assist with additional administrative projects and team priorities.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and customer service.
  • Support the team in maintaining efficient and consistent workflows.
What You'll Bring
  • Three or more years of customer service and administrative experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with confidential information.
  • A proactive, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
