Job description

Employment Duration: Permanent

Working Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week

Education: Bachelor's degree

Work Setting: Automobile dealership

Tasks:

  1. Manage staff and assign duties
  2. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales
  3. Determine merchandise and services to be sold
  4. Determine staffing requirements
  5. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  6. Conduct performance reviews
  7. Supervise office and volunteer staff

Supervision: 5-10 people
