Position Summary

Coordinate Front End operations to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and driving customer loyalty. Ensure compliance with company programs while maintaining operational standards.

What You'll Do

• Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, and theft prevention.
• Handle customer and associate concerns, providing guidance as needed.
• Monitor all Front End associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist with register operations.
• Train associates on systems and company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, safety, and company initiatives.
• Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, correcting errors and verifying processes to meet guidelines.
• Ensure all EAS systems function correctly, handling issues appropriately and completing necessary logs.
• Prepare registers for opening and closing, support cashiers with change, and maintain cash levels, conducting register audits.
• Promote company programs and initiatives, such as credit card services, protection plans, charity initiatives, and discounts.

Minimum Qualifications

Age - 16 or older.
