Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a motivated administrative professional to support patients and teams in real time. You will answer calls, triage concerns, and help keep care moving with clear, responsive communication.

Your role includes resolving issues or escalating as needed to maintain smooth operations and patient satisfaction. This newly added position emphasizes compassionate service, strong computer skills, and excellent written and oral communication to support our health care

Qualifications

• One year administrative or office experience is an asset.
• Scheduling experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
• Compassion and empathy when interacting with patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Support patients, employees, and partners in real time by answering phone calls and voicemails.
• Resolve issues, escalate concerns, and support service continuity.
• Deliver responsive communication that keeps care moving.
