Job summary

Calgary Co-op is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Cashier to ensure a safe, friendly, and efficient front-end operation. You will support customers, manage stock displays, handle pricing, and perform cashier duties with accuracy while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 9 or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Related retail experience and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and maintain positive relations with customers.
• Stock and display items, keep shelves neat and organized.
• Handle merchandise and ensure price integrity and markdown control.
• Perform cashier duties including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Follow health, safety and environment policies and report repairs as needed.
