Job description

Customer Service Associate - Shift 11-7pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our growing team! Reporting to the Manager Sales Operations and Customer Service, our team provides unique value to customers in the medical aesthetics industry. If you are a high-energy customer service professional committed to delivering excellent service and meet the qualifications below, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a superior and consistent customer experience.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues across North America, including new businesses, customers, doctors, sales reps, and clinical staff.
  • Provide monthly activation codes to Service Agreement customers.
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Support Tech Support calls, including troubleshooting and liaising with technical staff.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Support, Logistics, and other teams as needed.
  • Assist with sales activities, including contract generation and sales fulfillment.
  • Maintain sales activity data, shipments, customer interactions, and accounts.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking.
Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 required; university/college preferred.
  • Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Professional, patient, and friendly attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Organized with good multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • CRM experience (SalesForce preferred) is an asset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willing to work shift hours (11am-7pm) and overtime as needed.
