Base pay range

CA$50,000.00/yr - CA$52,500.00/yr

Title: Customer Service Associate - Shift 10-6pm

Reports to: Manager Sales Operations, and Customer Service

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our growing team!Reporting to the Manager Sales Operations, and Customer Service , our team provides unique value to our customers in the medical aesthetics industry. If you are a high-energy Customer Service professional who is looking to work with our customers to ensure they receive the service they deserve and you have the qualifications and skills required below, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver a superior and consistent customer experience.
  • Handle all issues and concerns and respond to inquiries across North America including new businesses, customers, doctors, sales reps and clinical staff.
  • Provide monthly activation codes to all Service Agreement customers.
  • Process orders, refunds and exchanges.
  • Front line support for all incoming Tech Support calls, including service case creation, troubleshooting and liaising with Technical Support staff.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Clinical Support, Logistics and or other teams as required or requested.
  • Provide Sales support including but not limited to contract generation and sales fulfillment
  • Maintain/upkeep of sales activity data, shipments, customer interactions and customer accounts in required files/systems/databases.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.

What you’ll need:

  • Grade 12 required, university/college education preferred
  • Fluent in French or Spanish is a plus (verbal and written)
  • Must display professional, patient and friendly attitude
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently or as a team
  • Must be organized and able to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Past CRM Experience an asset (SalesForce preferred)
  • Functional knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe products required
  • Superior interpersonal skills

  • Must be willing and able to work shift work (11am-7pm) and work overtime as per business demands
  • Perform related duties in keeping with the purpose and accountabilities of the job
