Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Windsor, Ontario store and deliver a positive shopping experience for every customer. Key duties include assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking shelves, unloading trucks, keeping the store clean, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers, associates, and leaders.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Other duties as assigned*

Skills and Experience
